LOL I have to agree that he is a bit annoying, but he's gotta dispatch on F-1. He's being taped at county, yes, that's protocol. I have to admit he doesn't have to draw everything out. But WIFD's dispatch protocol are that the first responding unit be advised who the officer in charge is, especially if their is no officer on the ambulance. He should switch up to their high band once all the formalities are done on F-1.

if you dispatch yourselves you don't have to go on f-1 to be taped, most dept's tape themselves. if that there procedures then fine but if your on highband no reason to go on f-1 . my thoughts only
