Sierra Club Supports The Paving Over Of Long Island

Sierra Club campaign literature at last election supported candidates who they stated were pro environment and against over development. As usual the candidates that they supported in Huntington are just the opposite. Doesn't the Sierra Club do any investigation to see if this is true or do they blindly support Democrats and thr developer friends? Or maybe Long Island and Huntington are already over developed for them to care.:"> :"> :"> :">

From what I gather they sent out flyers supporting those candidates who favor more and more building.
It sounds to us the club is nothing but a disinformation tool for developers and thr political friends.

Are already over developed. Yet builders still want apartment buildings built. Affordable housing activists and developers own both town halls. Why does the Sierra Club back those with the backhoe?
Could be the organization hates Long Island anyway.
