can someone explain why there are soo many emplyees walking the grounds doing nothing? Can someone also explain why there were four (4) employees, sporting life guard shirts laying behind the tower, leaving no one to watch the water? There also was 5 children playing in the sand at the surfs edge. I took a picture so I can send it to newsday. The only thing in the life guard tower was a 1.5 liter bottle of poland spring. When I looked for a supervisor, the only thing around was some fat kid, wearing a tee-shirt that said manager.
Some serious safety flaw and major tax dollar waste. I plan on calling the towns office to complain, but we all know where that gets us.
