Now that highway is going can we get to the heart of the issue. Hopefully, the great County Exec will see to it that the even more useless units are cut or disbanded altogether. Yeah, cut all the special patrol units and send all the POs back to the precincts! Meanwhile, the cops make exactly the same salary, the LIE is going to snarl with traffic even worse than it does now because the wait time for accidents is going to skyrocket, we are still short almost 600 cops we are taxed for, and Levy is certainly not cutting taxes to reflect the shortage. How the hell is he helping the tax payers?????
