Seems like its the tail wagging the dog with Mexico these days. President Fox basically dictates US policy towards Mexico, and seems to be holding our President hostage to Latino support in November. He makes demands and Bush concedes. When it came to Iraq, Bush was a gung-ho marine. When it comes to Mexico and President Fox he's like a wuss confronting a schoolyard bully. Exactly what is going on here? Is Mexico getting ready to annex the U.S.?

Details of the historic meeting indicate that Mexico's President Vicente Fox will be briefing President Bush on how and when the new U.S. immigration policy will be implemented this year. Fox is expected to make several changes in U.S. policy during Bush's stay in Mexico. In addition, Fox is also expected to inform President Bush as to how many Mexican citizens he will be sending to the U.S. in 2004. That number is expected to increase dramatically once Fox's new policy is in place. However, Bush was reportedly overheard worrying that he could lose the Latino vote if Fox decided to stem the flow of illegal immigrants into the United States. So, in an effort to encourage further cross-border harmony, and to send a message of reconciliation to Fox, President Bush immediately hired several handymen and landscapers who will accompany him back to the White House in time to prune the D.C. cherry trees in front of news cameras during cherry blossom time. This is expected to give a huge boost to his campaign efforts. In addition, several more hires were sent to his ranch in Texas where they will be teaching the Bush family to read and write spanish.
For his part of the diplomatic process, President Fox made Bush an honorary Mexican citizen, and has agreed to allow him free travel to and from Mexico as long as his passport and government paperwork is kept up to date, and has been reviewed beforehand by Mexican immigration officials. It is reported that Bush was very pleased with the arrangement, and is now considering buying a ranch in Mexico City for a new Presidential retreat as soon as he can convert his U.S. dollars into pesos and deposit them into Banco Popular.
President Bush is expected to remain in Mexico just long enough to condition his stomach to accept Mexican food in preparation for the coming lifestyle changes in America.
There is however, an unsubstantiated rumor that Bush is attempting to enlist President Fox as a running mate in November, but that could not be confirmed just yet. Vice President Cheney could not be located for comment.

All joking aside, President Bush is bng ganged up on by Mexico and South American nations seeking to have the United States bolster thr economies at the expense of ours. These countries are taking full advantage of Bush while he is politically vulnerable both here and abroad. Leaders of these countries percve President Bush as bng in a position where he cannot afford to say no to thr demands. My concern is that Bush will allow himself to be manipulated by these countries at a time when our country can ill afford to do so. The U.S. is viewed by forgn nations as the cash cow of the world. Someone had better tell them that even cows dry up if they're milked too often.
