seems the lawyer for Rush the Whiner is complaining that Rush the Whiner is bng prosecuted because of "who he is".

The argument bng that nobody gets prosecuted for "Doctor Shopping" in Florida. Well, it turns out Palm Beach County has prosecuted 3 others for the same offense.

That, boys & girls, is 3 MORE than anyone could find that were prosecuted for what Clinton did.

But we were told the law is the law........guess not when Righ Wing Blohard Crybaby Whiners are involved.....
