Can anyone tell me who this man is?? I heard that he states that he was a Lt.Colonel (where?), a genius with computers, (heard that he is moronic at best), and was an integral part of various projects ($$$$$???!!!)

Google him; only Nassau County crap comes up. WHO IS THIS GUY??????????
