I guess after you posted you completely forgot to read your own post, then answered yourself - because only YOU know what you meant. Anyone else would have asked what you were talking about as your error was just too obvious.

They can spell arbitrator very well which apparently we at the NYPD have a great problem getting right.

As long as we're making this whole thing about syntax and grammar, I feel compelled to point out that in trying to be a smart a$$ you managed to spell "dyslexic" wrong.
