This is so true especially from the national party structures.Look what the Democrats and some Republicans have done when it comes to the destruction of zoning laws to increase the density of many communities.Immigration has only sped up the pace of this destructive phenomenon. This has delighted socialists everywhere and the developers who profit from it. Republicans and Conservatives should take a look at the eroding infrastucture of the American suburb and culture. Socialism, immigration and developing go hand in hand.

Which road are you in the middle of? The American suburb was invented 50 years ago. Times change, needs change, knowledge changes and so, the suburbs much change. Are you suggesting that we cover the nation with single family houses? If we continue to blanket LI with endless one family houses, we live with the consequences. Maybe we should wise up and grow intelligently and trade density for open space and endless traffic. We should blame ourselves. Last time I checked, developers are largely big Republican supporters.
