The manpower is not an issue because each cop still would work the same number of man-hours during each pay period, just make less appearances.

Night differential cut in half. 3 extra days working throughout the year. It seems as though Steve Levy wants to try to get some value for the service we provide. Why can't he leave us alone? We have a great thing going, hanging out at d&d, 7-11, and the local vollie mansions.

Its too late inthe arbitration process. If you wanted this it should have been brought ot the rank and file prior to the contract expiring.
