It is understood that journalists' sources are privileged communication just like attorney-client and doctor-patient. So, I wish good luck to anyone trying to find the source of this leak.

Would I like to see the individual responsible "frogmarched" out of the White House? Absolutely. Do I think Natty has a plan to find that individual which is superior to Bush's? Not for a second.

It seams simple to put an independant investigator on this crime and turn over all documents and evidence immediately for investigation, but no, Bush&Co are investigating themselves for this crime. Lets use one of your example...doctor-patient privilege. Were you aware that very shortly after bng in office..BUSH...yes BUSH..enacted laws/rules to allow the insurance companies to get your medical history without your consent?

Another issue is the constant attempt to equate man-made laws/rules with laws of nature. Let me explain. The earth revolves around the sun every 365 days or so..it rotates on it axis every 24 hour...those are laws of nature..those laws we cannot bend or break.

Man-made laws is necessary to adhere to. But when it comes to certain situation we can depart from them. And we have when it becomes necessary. We heard very shortly after 9/11 that there were going to be some changes (albt temporary) because the national security of the country was at stake. This may be a ho-hum situation to you and most republicans, but ask the CIA people in the field scared to death at what they see transpiring for a different reaction! The country?s security is at risk..don?t tell me that some journalist cannot give up the person!

I agree with wookiebender I strongly believe that WE WILL NEVER KNOW. And one of the ways to accomplish this is to sweep it under the rug and let the American people forget about it. I am so disgusted with the American people (democrats and republicans alike) on how easily they are led by the media. And I?m very disappointed with democrats because here is a true cause to champion and it seems once again bush will get away with this one. It?s almost as if the 9/11 stick bush wielded and manipulated for so long still has some effectiveness.
