You know, the guy always patting himself on the back, pumping up his name that he was/is the best thing since motorized fire engines to come into the fire service, the guy who stands on the floor and shoots down every member that steals the light off of himself, the guy who waits for the trucks to leave and critizes the chiefs, and company officers (except one) to make himself look better?
