Just devoured (skimming only) Michael Moore's new book: "Dude, Where's My Country".

Inside, you find out secrets (published on the back pages of important newspapers) about the Bush's and the Bin Laden's.

I believe that Michael Moore suggested pre-release that the hope was that this book would give enough reasons and facts to get Bush out NOW!

But, the book ends with a chapter of directions and strategies for 2004.

Answer Number One: He suggests that perhaps an independent candidate is the best hope. Michael Moore says that no third party has built a strong enough groundwork in the last few years to win the presidency, and that the Democrats are stupid losers, but that Ross Perot and other independents have gotten close, so maybe that should be the strategy to oust Bush.

Answer Number Two: Moore suggests Oprah Winfrey!
(Whom I did vote for in the Iswitched.org primary. So, Greens have thought about Oprah.)

Answer Number Three: Someone famous who people love already. List included Paul Newman.

(I got the idea that maybe Moore wished to be recruited to run. He suggested a long list of celebrities and that a well-liked celebrity could beat Bush.)

Answer Number Four-ish (they're not really numbered): Some Democrat who could win, but who the people foist on the Democrats. Moore lists Kucinich and Dean (Dean is especially repulsive to me, personally. But, I won't abide with pro-life Kucinich, ther.) Or, General Wesley Clark, who Moore's previous support has put on the radar.

Then, he does a big spiel of all the local organizing and poster hanging you can do in October 2004 to make sure that the squatter in the White House is turned out.

The book is worth reading (even thought I gave away the ending.) It tells you how to talk your red-neck brother-in-law into becoming a liberal.
