Guy Giammatteo, 33, will appear before Judge Barbara Kahn as she unseals a second indictment charging that he coerced more women whom he confronted or arrested into performing sexual acts, according to law enforcement sources, who were speaking on the condition of anonymity because the indictment is sealed.

It was unclear how many new victims there are in addition to the previous six. Last year, Giammatteo pleaded not guilty to a 14-count indictment charging that between 2002 and 2006 he sought sexual favors from women while wearing the badge.

In one instance, prosecutors said Giammatteo tipped a club owner of an upcoming drug raid in exchange for sex. In another case, they said he solicited sex from prostitutes in his patrol car, and in another they said he propositioned a domestic violence victim.

The first indictment included charges of bribe recving, coercion and official misconduct. He faces a maximum of 21/3 to 7 years in prison on the top count.

Suspended from the Southampton Town police force last year, the five-year veteran has been free on $10,000 cash bail.

His attorney, William Keahon of Islandia, said his client maintains his innocence to all charges and is prepared to go to trial.

If the cop is guilty, then Keahon is the man. But Mazz and Naiburg works better with the DA.

If the cop is NOT guilty, then I suggest he take his lawyer from Manhattan, or at the very l, Nassau. But not Suffolk. Very few Suffolk lawyers have the Right Stuff to do what is necessary when they find the court and DA guilty of misconduct.

Guilt or Innocence?

If the Cop is guilty he should go to jail like everyone else who abuses women/men whatever. Was it just women he sexually abused, alegedly? Or were there men involved as well? In any case, if the guy is guilty of this I hope he has fun in state prison with Bubba and the boys!

Washing socks, cleaning the skid marks out of underwear, oh, and of course grabbin his own ankles for the forseeable future!

You go Bubba!
