introduced his stepson to Islam. Obama was enrolled in a Wahabi school in

When I linked to thr search of Barack Obama there is a page with color coded bullets describing certain "facts." Interestingly, they cite as "false" the assertions that Obama will not cite the Pledge of Allegience, that he used the Koran in his wearing in ceremony, etc. What you are posting is an e-mail snopes.com culled from the internet and they are rebutting some of the information presented. Still, there are some serious questions regarding Obama's past that need answers and I'm not interested in how many times he inhaled.

Yes, let's consider what Obama has done as an adult and we can compare that to other presidential candidates. Obama has a nice academic background... but that means nothing to me. As an adult, he used and sold cocaine before his law school days. That's a very admirable quality--quite presidential. I'll forgive his indescretion because people do make mistakes--although that was a big one in my book. But we're talking about cocaine now, not smoking a joint back in the sixties. As a Senator, he's been in office for 3 years!!! The first year, he spent the bulk of his time out promoting his book "Audacity of Hope" (a term he borrowed from his racist pastor Dr. Wright). The past two years he'ps been campaigning for president. He's missed every major, controversial vote (e.g., the Iran resolution) and has never actually focused on the job of bng a Senator. I would say that Obama has done essentially nothing to warrant becoming our party's candidate for president.

Hillary Clinton, on the other hand, has gained substantial experience in her role as first lady--including the defeat of her health plan in 1994--which was a huge learning experience for her. She's also been a senator for 7 years and has a real record to run on.

Next, we can take a look at some other candidates like John McCaine, Rudy Guiliani, Mitt Romney etc.-- John McCaine is a true hero, a man that wouldn't leave the Hanoi Hilton despite an opportunity to make an early exit because he wanted to stand by his comrades. This is a man with years of congressional and senate experience and real understanding of how our government works. I am a Democrat and don't agree with McCaine on 90% of the issues, but his character and commitment to this country and its ideals cannot be questioned in my book.

Mitt and Rudy, both held executive offices and actually managed budgets, lowered crime and taxes and, in mitt's case, implemented some truly novel approaches to addressing the health care crisis in Massachusetts. Again, they are not my choices for President, but they are actually have experience.

When compared to the other candidates, Obama would be my first choice if I want a president that can tell me how much coke is in an ght ball, but pretty much every other candidate has him beat on real experience.
