What does Frank Ryan, a former Long Island Bus Director of Operations, know about running a police department and a jail as DCE for Public Safety? Even worse, how is the effete Ian Siegal going to administer our parks, roadways, and public works. I mean what is he going to do, dress up like the construction worker from the Village People and supervise the renovations at the Old County Court House? Suozzi must be bringing in loyalists so that he can cover his tracks when he lands at his new job. This is Mayor Holzkampf all over again, but on a larger scale.

Frank X. Ryan will be the new DCE for Public Safety. Frank J. Ryan is a horse of a different color. It is my understanding that the "Frank Ryan" clones were a prototype developed by Suozzi in coordination with Cold Spring Harbor Labs, and recently disgraced former director Dr. James Watson. Dr. Watson had been working on a clone of Lorna "Doone" Goodman to generate more donor support for Hillary Clinton, but could not replicate her bank account. The first of these Lorna Doone clones, however, morphed into Chumi Diamond, and the experiment had to be aborted.
