Gentlemen, let’s stray as far as possible from the mudslinging. The reason the thread was created is to get a CC gig in with a decent department ther in Nassau or Suffolk. I believe the purpose is mutually beneficial. Those who are looking for a paid EMS assignment will get one; the vollies in the departments get relief from all the call-bouncing and the community gets apt, competent medical assistance without the expense of awaiting a bus for exceedingly long periods. Now, I would greatly appreciate if you guys post any potential vacancies in your respective departments and the qualifications anticipated (in order to insure the quality of applicants).
P.S. its about time the EMS (volunteers and professionals) makes an affirmative step towards courtesy and respect concerning others
