The Bush administration is requesting 87 billion dollars for its efforts in Iraq during 2004. Last March, Paul Wolfowitz told Congress that this effort would be funded out of Iraq's own oil revenues, not the US tax payers' hard earned money. So what are the consequence of this 100 billion dollar miscalculation? And who will make the "sacrifices" called for by the President in his speech?
