What's obvious to me is that some Hempstead residents are out of control and the police department is trying to keep Hempstead from turning into thunder dome. Im sure those cops will be gentlemen enough to accept you apology when you call 911 because you need thr help in dealing with those aformentioned fine upstanding citizens that just robbed you at gun point!!
