Why would she want to pay for gas for her own car when she can use the van and the company pays for the gas? I have known for many years the ways she has cheated the company. It is too bad that the taxpayers don't know how Maria has ripped them off. She uses a company van as her private vehicle, she has her children attending ambulance functions when they don't belong there, she has allowed her children to drink at ambulance functions when they were underage, she has ripped off the State of NY by claiming to be disabled from a back injury when everyone knows that isn't true. I am going to contact the State to make sure that she has been removed from the disability roles since she is responding to calls and therefore isn't disabled anymore. There is one fact, until the membership votes in a new board of directors and gets rid of Maria and all the "old baggage" nothing is going to change. For way too many years now, the board has protected Maria and others from charges of impropriety and other things. She will smile to your face (with that tooth missing of course) and stab you in the back just as fast. She has been involved in so many shady situations in her many years, that it's uncountable. I was a member of this company many years ago and I can tell you that nothing has changed. There was really only one director who tried to make changes and to bring people up on charges but everytime he tried he was out voted by the others. He found things like misuse of company credit cards, etc and the board chose to ignore it. Some of those people are still directors now, who misused the cards. Pretty sad. They should have been charged and I am sure if the DA ever looks into his company we will see some people going to jail. Here's what I know about James J. He was working house down at Spastic. Eugene and his torrets filled head came to him and asked about the recent CPR update. James didn't do it yet and Eugene asked James to make up a letter from the hospital in the city where he worked so that he wouldn't have to get the class done right away and would have a little while to get it done.

Eugene plays stupid (not that's any different from everyday life for him.....Tracey, your f u c k i n crazy for staying with him!), and doesn't open his fat mouth and be a man and tell the other officers and directors that he asked James to write it. I do however, ask the person or persons to stop speculating on my situation with my former job in the city and Mastic EMS. To perfectly honest, I'm very happy now that I'm no longer associated with the world of EMS. I spent 10 years of my life in that field, I meet a few very good people in my years, but I'm in a much better place now that I'm out.

Everyone told me that everything happens for a reason. I'm really starting to believe that now. My new place of employment is great! I make a ton of more money then I did when I was working in the city and doing part time house shifts at MVAC. My hours are better, and most importantly, I get to sit down and eat dinner with my wife and daughter every night.

Once again, I appreciate the moral support, but I'd rather keep my problems with MVAC and my former job in the city private.
