Construction has now entered its ninth summer with no end in sight.

What the hell is going on that bridge - it must be non-union workers taking
unauthorized breaks or just plain incompetence.

You are so right, there never seems to be anything going on when i drive by. it appears there may be some need for an investigation to make certain our tax dollars are not bng spent for this extended job.
