I heard that Dan Donovan, no stranger to drugs and controversy, slandered the guy from OB to the point of a law suit. The guy is a vet from the 1st Gulf War and I heard the Conservs, in a screening, claimed he was thrown out of the Military and Amer. Leg. How'd he get to be Commander of the Amer. Is this the same Rich Hoffman who is a deputy Town Attorney? The same Rich Hoffman who served on the Hauppauge school board until defeated for re-election?

If so, I know this Rich Hoffman, he is a closet liberal who wants to be a judge. Personally, I like the guy alot as a nghbor and supported him on the school board but his candidacy would be purely sacrificial lamb and intended to earn chits for a future District Court nomination.
