The last few months GOPReformer was saying he would create change.

Tues night....where was he. Not inside, not even outside looking for support.

Nassau GOP re-elected Joe M. Not one nay, inside or out. So much for "all the support" reformer alleged he had.

Go back to polling. You don't have the courage to even lead.

So the convention was last week, but where was Bruce Bent and his boy sidekick Pat Hoey.

I remember getting mail from Bruce, claiming he should be chairman. Did he get lost from his ivory tower. Not one sign in front supporting him. Not even pat with a sticker.

All talk, no action. If you want reform, you must lead. Not simply tell people to not hand out the literautre.

had you shown up, I actually might have given you support.

Your just as soft in the spine like everyone else!

Have you checked your mailbox lately.

By the way, I had a great meeting with an Exec Leader 2 weeks ago. I get a smile just thinking how Mondello bellows from the conference room while thinking this guy is one of his best friends on earth. Funniest thing I've ever seen! The guy is such a moron, and mentally unstable to boot -- 2 More Years! 2 More Years! Don't change a thing, keep Mondello right where he is, making the same old decisions the same old way.

More reform will come this November.

As for the GOP TV spots. According to my experience with Finkelstn/McLaughlin/Fabrizio/Mahoney and more, If they don't mention a candidates name, they are completely worthless.

Hoey, The conference room you mentioned, was that the one you were fired from?

As a matter of fact, best thing that ever happened to me. Getting out of that nut house, and the party led by a manic depressive.

A Quick Look At the election results shows that TDD means Tone Deaf & Defeated.

1988 - Nassau GOP has it all.
1989 - Inept GOP Leadership losses N. Hempstead, and hasn't been competitive since.
1991 - Inept GOP leadership losses Glen Cove, and hasn't been competitive since.
1998 - D'Amato/Vacco make toast in newly available free time -- sign onto lecture circuit.
1999 (An Historic year under the leadership of the Greatest Republican Leader Nassau County has Ever Had -- in the words of Tony Santino) Inept GOP leadership loses Nassau County Legislature, and hasn't recovered since. Losses three seats, the Town Clerk and the Recver of Taxes in Oyster Bay Township - only partly recovered to date. Loses 3 seats on the Hempstead Town Board (only recovered due to abandoment of traditional party stance concerning districts)
2001 - Inept GOP leadership abandons Gulotta to the dogs, not that he didn't deserve it, but what was he kept around so long for anyway? Voters give a lesson in subtraction to Parola De Comptroller.
2003 - Inept GOP leadership airs the same old commercials as in defunct 2001.

In my eyes, there's been considerable Reform already, (100% of local offices reduced to about 50% now, and dropping) the machine is clunking like always, the leadership is tone deaf and dumber than ever, and if things go as I expect this year, in the words of Tricky Dick will be back: we won't have Mondello to kick around anymore.

Aw, Shucks! I'm having the best time of my life since leaving that nut house!

You didnt mention that in 1991 yevoli wins, the congressional seats lost etc. If you really want to make the point just look at the seats the gop had on Magiotta's last day and look now, its a joke

Hey STD, or ADD, or whatever your name is. Let me get this straight. You are making fun of someone who is standing up to an egotistical maniac? Are you kidding me???

You as well as all the other Executive Leaders are cowards. If only all the Leaders were like Pat would the GOP actually function properly. But instead they talk about getting rid of our sorry leader until its time to actually stand up to him. All talk.

Tell me, in what way are you related to Mondello? You must be a hack. County/Town job? Contracting firm?
Please tell me.

Only someone as pathetic as you can actually still kiss Mondello's ass (oh what a revolting thought!) while the ship goes down in flames. Here ends the lesson.
