Anyway, no one ever got the real, actual letter-of-engagement. They gave Lindsay Henry and new one, faxed over from Holst Rubenstn that THEY CLAIM is the same as first. I seriously doubt it.

Well, in next few weeks, Babylon should have to release some audit figures. This should be good...will Holst Rubenstn make them correct the 24 errors that Garguilo the Town CPA who lost is license made and lost his license over???? Will Doug Jacob certify that the numbers are true...and will we believe him considering he is a convicted criminal???

By the way, I wonder if Doug Jacob ever filed his last appeal, his last (never-gonna-happen) chance to try to overturn his 8 convictions for filing false financial statements???
