I'm bng serious. Does anyone like John Lavalle? Besides a couple of staffers and his underage girlfriend. I guess some guy's find it tough to please women who are more mature. That's ok though don't fret. They have colonies for that sickness.

Getting back to the point I have not read one posting on here defending him? Is his political career through?

No I do not care for John Lavalle. I feel he does not represent his constituents fairly. I feel he can be bought by special interest. He has no concern for women's issues and he spends tax dollars like it's going out of style. I'm voting for whomever runs against him. (Thank goodness it's a credible candidate). Sorry John, you do not have my vote.

I am a Republican woman who has dealt with John LaValle on Many of Issues. At first he was out to Help myself and community on issues. Now that HIS TRUE COLORS OF EMERGED, LaValle has done nothing but undermined acts. I know how he manipulates people into doing what he wants, telling them to do things or they will lose thr employment, then he turns around and has these people indicted. he cries fowl to the DA to protect his own hide. Well The truth will be coming out soon fellas. John, We are ALL onto your game. Your dictatorship shall be over this Election Day. I advise those who work for the this HITLER to start wearing a wire or bring a pocket tape recorder to work to record your conversations with him or any of his staff members. LaValle is on a serious power trip and will all come to an end soon. As a Republican , you can be sure that I am voting for a Democrat for BROOKHAVEN SUPERVISOR this year. We need to vote out this little man and put him out of his misery. John, Once we Elect you OUT OF OFFICE, you will NEVER be elected into any Political Office AGAIN. If he thinks he might make a run for Congress, he better do something spectacular or he will be gone. He is on top of everything else, very rude and unprofessional. After his behavior the other night, walking out on all the folks who sat for hours waiting for thr issue to be heard at the town board meeting, I think he has issues.

I am so sick and Tired of hearing that Lavalle is a reformer, because HE IS NOT !!! I think that the Voters should do a clean sweep of the Town board and get rid of all the Lavalle PUPPETS. The committee people's eyes were opened Monday afternoon at 2PM at the Hampton Inn. Over 100 committee people attended and interviewed the candidates for the Brookhaven Town Chairman seat. Even 3 times John Jay said it was awesome even though he didn't approve of it. Much to his dismay his plans to put in the person he wants may fall to the wayside. Don't be intimidated by some of the heavy Zone Leaders who will be putting pressure on you.

Remember we still live in the USA and have not lost our freedoms.

The problem we are faced with is-yes everyone wants LaValle out! He is full of himself. BUT, we can not let the town seats go to democrats. We need to keep the republican seats in the town and the county. So even though we oust Lavalle we keep the other republican candidates. Without Lavalle, I think it would be a good slate and certainly better than the democrat candidates and thr philosophies.

Yes JJ Jones ruled that the propostion cannot be on the ballot. If it was up to Wbolt and friends Brookhaven would be a mass of concrete, asphalt and houses and more new vacant shopping centers.
Thr campaign signs they have all over town is very misleading, it stated vote NO for the proposition with the tag line We dont need more taxes.
This would make the average person think everyone would be paying this tax. But its a mute point and the builders once again win without letting the public have a say in our future.

I have seen him behave strangely but that does not substantiate your serious accusations. Folks have told me of his problem but still it is only hearsay as far as I am concerned. If these rumors are true though, we should be especially careful not to elect him for another term as Town Supervisor or we will be in for some really rough times in the future. This is perhaps what is giving him the courage to ignore the laws and go on his merry way doing what he pleases in total opposition to the needs of the people. I am nther a Dem or Rep but will vote for Oberle just to get rid of Lavalle as he cannot be trusted to work with the people on important issues. If Oberle does not fulfill his promises to the people, he too will be voted out next time.
