It is in My Opinion that the issues that should be Discussed are as follows.

**The Illegal Housing situation not only in Farmingville but in Other towns as well.

**Something that I wholeheartedly support is
"Land Preservation."
In a news article I read about the Real Estate Transfer Tax. It was stated that a 2 % transfer Tax will apply for Homes Worth $250,000.00 or more. But what could happen is, If the Homeowner sells it for a penny less, the new owners may be exempt from the Real Estate Transfer Tax . The same with the Vacant Lots for sale. Any Vacant lot that sells for $100,000.00 or more , a Transfer Tax will apply. A transfer tax should apply to any vacant lot that is sold but with more of a percentage rate. For example: on Transfers for Homes they are proposing a 2% Transfer tax. But I believe that with Vacant Land that is purchased , The Transfer tax should be Higher than 2%. This will bring more money into the Community Preservation Fund to purchase More Open Space.

I also feel that there should be a moratorium on any new construction homes or Businesses. With the Recent Blackout it's obvious that the electric facilities may not be able to handle the Demand for electric.

Our Officials also need to look deep into the situation with Our Health Care Benefits and Education for Our Children . College Tuition should not be so unaffordable for our Leaders of tomorrow.

Campaign issues- Our Supervisor's failures:

1. Supervisor LaValle did absolutely NOTHING in Farmingville. He'll probably promise some glorious cure right before election time-but he did the same last time. His track record proves he has and will do nothing about Farmingville. The next hate crime committed in Farmingville will be a direct consequence of John LaValle's continual failure to do nothing about Farmingville.

2. Corruption in Brookhaven Town: LaValle should be called to answer the charges that he purposely helped get Strebel indicted so he could take control of the highway department by forming a DPW for his own corrupt lust for political contributions and power.

3. Sale of Old Town Complex: LaValle should be called to answer the charges that he sold the Medford Complex under value (we purportedly lost millions) to a highly connected Brookhaven Town Republican contributor.

4. Purchase of Allstate Building: LaValle should be called to answer the charges that he purchased the Allstate building without informing the public of the need for millions of dollars in restoration and renovation costs. LaValle should be questioned on who is planning on providing the renovations, at what costs, and what is thr connection to the Brookhaven Town Republican Party.
