He did indeed NOT report it to anyone and went on his way ! When the employee found the damage they had security play back the video from the cameras and sure enough, there is Mr. Leo big as life. :shock: According to data the Judge in question met with John Leo "Huntington Town Attorney" in a private one on one discussion before the decision was rendered. This was backed up by several people who saw them together in the Judges Chambers. According to lawyers this is illegal and a direct conflict of interest. Since the Judge many years ago had his own personal problems that could have kept him from bng a Judge but was given a huge amount of support by"Democrat Chairman of Suffolk County" Richie Schaffer to become one, this whole affair seems rather sleezy. There was no doubt that Democrats in Huntington would win a decision on councilmanic petitions before the case was even filed. These same petitions used in Brookhaven authored by John Leo "Huntington Town Attorney" for his Democrat Party.
Add in Town Conservative leader Richard Thury "in the palms of Frank Petrone and the Dems" who needed to keep in with Dems for his promotions and jobs for family and friends in the local Conservative Party and we have a huge huge gross miscarriage of Justice continuing to this day.
