Bush - Unlawful Combatant
Since Bush¡¯s oil/ego war is against international law ¨C it is Unlawful
Since Bush is the leader and director of our military, engaged in illegal war, he is a combatant, and since he is a combatant and not wearing an identifying uniform, by the legal contrivance definition Bush¡¯s own legal roaches dug up, Bush is an ¡°Unlawful Combatant¡± (also, our military personal, who have removed thr uniforms to run around Baghdad are also unlawful combatants and should be afforded the same luxuries we give other Unlawful Combatants.)
Using Bush¡¯s own logic, like those he has designated ¡°Unlawful Combatants,¡± using his own criteria, shouldn¡¯t he be kidnapped by our military, incarcerated and tortured, indefinitely, without charges, without trial, and stripped of his inalienable rights and put in his own concentration camp, at Guantanamo and held there, with those who did nothing to us us, against international law?
Bush - International Rogue Outlaw
Since the war is against international law, it is illegal; therefore all the killings by us, in Iraqi, are illegal when you do something illegal it is a crime, since the crimes where/are done in war they are ¡®war crimes¡¯, as well as, crimes against humanity since he is killing Iraqis from 30,000 feet by Bombers and by Cruise Missiles by people who cannot defend against them, have never done anything to us, or anyone else, in over a decade.
Since Bush ordered, and attempted to force his personal war for oil and ego, down the throats of others nations of the world, for a cloak of legitimacy, he is personally responsible for deaths of Iraqis defending thr country, and the deaths of any of our military. By his Administration¡¯s own definition of terrorism, in the USA Fascist Act ¨C uh I mean the so-called USA Patriot Act, Bush IS a terrorist and a state terrorist at that.
Therefore, following logic, Bush is a War Criminal terrorists and should be arrested and tried in the Hague for crimes against humanity along with Milosovich.
Bush - Constitutional Betrayal
Since this War (as well as the War in Afghanistan and Bush¡¯s War on Terrorism) was not declared as such, as mandated by our Constitution, it is Unconstitutional. Since the war is Unconstitutional and Bush, to be installed in the office of the presidency swore an oath to Uphold, Defend and Protect the Constitution which he has betrayed (as well as multiple and repetitively ¨C Constitutional Habeas Corpus, Cruel and Unusual Punishment), since the Constitution contains American rights, Bush has betrayed, American rights. Since the constitution is part of American heritage, he has betrayed American heritage; therefore the American people.
When a betrayal/s is/are made, the person effecting the betrayal is called a ¨C Traitor. So, logically, since Bush is an American and has betrayed our Constitution and American heritage, Bush is an American traitor.
