Andrew has never had a real job.

No kidding. That still makes him more qualified than most.

He had a real job? He worked for Alan (the Putz) Binder....skulking around the parking lot of local Democratic conventions ( as reported in the local press....

Did he finally moved out of the illegal apt he was renting, or did we legalize it in time for last years election...? Anyone know...?

just another smart guy

He's a PUBLIC official with PUBLIC address -- illegal apartment? what are you an idiot -- you'll be the first one to go you townie toad!

See what you started Neal.

It would be a fun race to watch for those on the sidelines... That nasty Cuthbertson will freak out and go ballistic on his cohorts. I bet many Dems would even love to see Markie's blood boil. He has less friends than he thinks...

BINDER/RAIA, Jr

He was a poor staffer to S.C. Leg A. Binder. He didn't make much money, he couldn't afford a real apt.

He was living in an illegal apt. ........He was not a public official at the time so I guess he figured it was O.K.

Goes to mindset and morals and respect for law.

No body was looking then so the law didn't matter. Became a candidate then it mattered.

Can we all just pick and choose the laws we would like to follow.

Sounds like the thinking of illegal aliens, used car salesmen and politicians. (politicians, back to where we started)

fly in ointment

Hi my name is Amdrew Raya, and I have to admit, the wizards on this board have caught me. I live in an illegal apartment and have many skeletons in my closet. In rethinking my position based on the monumental insight you folks have shown, I have decided to withdraw my name from the Supervisor's race and run for congress. I hope I can count on your vote.

okay okay MC

You can do better than that Mark Cuthbertson.
You're very much bitter over my defeat of you when you fell on your face running for State Assembly.

Tsk Tsk The people in Elwood and Northport did not forget your arrogant ways. I see Housing Help is planning to start building that development that will bring in 70% non Huntington people to live here.

That deal you made with Housing Help behind the backs of the area civic groups will not be forgotten. But you arrogant sob could care less anyway. After all you are the party of apartment buildings

Thanks Amdrew

And learn to spell your name correctly.

Andrew Raia = Do Nothing Assemblyman

06-05-2006, 07:24 PM
Raia?....please.

Even a cursory look at his lifestyle in Albany (strippers, hookers, booze, etc.) will give any opponent ammunition to bury him.

Andy is Alan Binder without Alan's charisma.

Little Andy would be flipping hamburgers at Jim Conte's burger joint in Huntington Station if it weren't for Mommy Dearest!

He has options, he could have worked with daddy in the beauty shop. But then he wouldn't have all those young impressive Albany staffers and interns to hit on.

p.s. They all think he is a not so old, not so bright, but still ever fatting, full of himself "DORK".

sure he'd make a good burger flipper or hairdresser, is single in Albany (what single male would not take advantage of that) and lives in an apartment -- unfortunatley, it is legal. So, back to my original points...

so here it is... Petrone has apparently given Spitzer big bucks (rumor has about 500K) to finally buy his way out of Huntington post November (easy enough to check at the next filing date). Cuthbertson has already made it clear he is the "hr apparent". Not so fast... Republicans have a candidate who has branding, town wide name ID, great relationships with the minor party lines, a mountain of community support, the support of a very popular town clerk, is likeable and has friends that will pony up big bucks to support him. Additionally, keep in mind in a special or the next general election there will be no dem celebs (Spitzer and Clinton) pulling folks out of there homes to say "I voted for..." Oh yeah, forgot one important thing our guy has already made the "hr apparent" have to break his Albany lease when he kicked his ass for Assembly.

Andrew will handily win re-election despite the dem onlslaught in November. Petrone will move on.

Andrew Raia for Huntington Town Supervisor

PS it was a joke to see spongeface representing the women of 9/11 at Ann Coulter's book signing -- that man is as opportunistic and unimpressive as it gets.

This Cuthbertson guy tries to make himself to be a big shot but doesn't do anything that helps the people. He's an opportunist and an angry boy. At l Frank is nice to people. Markie talks sown to everyone. Mark would run the town without listening to anyone. He would have a short stay as his enemies would continue to grow. He should just stay where he is.
