James Kapsis's business for years and years was producing phony garment labels and exploiting designer names by attaching them to third world products ($2.00 garments) and distributing them through a network of street peddlers - ripping off the public and the designers who's names he was pirating.
Everyone knows that he was a slimy, back-room swindler.
Is it any wonder that no one believes his wild accusations - made against about almost anyone he can think of now!
Several years ago he won suit after suit in the same courts he now calls corrupt. He had no such thoughts then - even though he was before the same - I mean SAME - Judges then.
Guess its only when they disagree with him that they become demons!!
