Dear HHS Employees
On Tuesday, March 14, 2006, the County Executive will be giving his State of the County address in the lobby of our building. In preparing for the event, there will be some work that will take place in the lobby beforehand. However, we will be open for "business as usual" that day, except as noted below, and will do everything to keep the disruption of the preparations to a minimum.
Due to cleaning, media crew set-up and security issues, we need all employees to leave the building by 5PM. Therefore, no meetings or functions for the evening should be planned and every effort should be made to end your business day by 4:45PM.
Please note that once you leave the building that evening you will not be allowed back in to the building.
