I've been asking that question since this entire debacle began! Kevan and Roger have been buddied up for the past few years. they even stood together over the TOH/HUD money foolishness and made fools of themselves before the legislature.
Has Kevan wisened up and distanced himself?
Is he lost now that he doesn't have Roger to hold his hand?
Is Jacobs and company making promises to him?
The real question is where does he stand and does he support Roger now like he did for the past few years...?
