Chris Hahn continues to get press, even today citing that he will get involved in smoothing things over with Democratic Legislators on behalf of the administration.
This is the top point person in our County government?
Chris Hahn is a reasonably likable guy with minimal political capabilities. He was Schumers"body person". Nothing wrong with that but putting him as a Chief Deputy CE is hillarious.
Its like a kid disecting a frog one day in bio lab and the next day doing brain surgery at NYU Medical center.
When will someone call out Suozzi on this madness.

Rafe Lieber would beat Chris Hahn like a no-haired step-child. Lieber's "relationship" with the legislators goes far deeper than Hahn's.

Plus, how many elections did Hahn have to lost before he got such an important position? Fact is Lieber ran two straight cycles of successful elections in North Hempstead and Hahn never worked on a single sucessful campaign. Ever.

Are you completely daft? Hahn runs his own race, a Democratic primary I might add, and gets about 25% of the vote. Lieber runs the North Hempstead races and gets about 75% of the vote.

When Lieber becomes Chief of Staff at the legislature, he'll have Hahn sitting in the corner.

The simple rule regarding Chris Hahn is that if you lose to a man WITH A HYPEHENATED LAST NAME, like Fiore-Rosenfeld, you should not be able to show your face in politics anymore.

What's next, Hahn loses a race to a cross-dressing, south-asian prostitute?

Puhleeze!!! Hahn or Jesus Christ himself would lose if they ran on the Democratic line against a Republican cross-dressing, south-asian prostitute in, say, the 17th AD or 7th SD.

The problem, of course, is that it wasn't in the 17th AD. It was in the most liberal district on Long Island, Hahn outspent Ms. Fiore-Rosenfeld 5 to 1 and was "SCHUMER'S POINT MAN ON LONG ISLAND."
