Dear Chariman:

This letter is not meant as one of the nasty and partisan attacks so often appearing on this site.

It is meant as a sincere appeal to you to please, for the sake of the party, and your legacy, to leave your post and allow the healing and rebuilding to begin.

There are many of us here in the party that have stuck with you and the party all this time. But, day by day, and now with these results, I think more and more, we are losing good people who have become disenchanted. Some have even gone over to the dark side (and some have even been elected there).

The part needs to rebuild. Sometimes change for change sake IS good. But, I think if you look yourself in the mirror, you know that it is past time, and that we need a change now. This would not be change simply for change sake. It is warranted. If a CEO of any company had performance like you and the GOP these past years, he would be gone. The shareholders and directors would see to it. Or, he would see to it himself to preserve his dignity and move on. I'm asking you to do the same.

I am certain that the temptaion is there for you to try to rationalize what happened and to come up w/ a reason for you to to remain. I am certain that those ythat surround you are blaming others. But, please be honest with yourself. You don't have the fire any more, and you do not have the power or authority you once had. The fault lies with you and you have to take responsibility for waht has happened to us these past 5 or 6 years (longer even).

You have said many times that you do not want to be the leader of "nothing". Your crtitics will say that that is exactly what it is that you have created. But, I am not here to criticize or to point fingers. All I'm saying is that for once, please be a party person, like you alwyas ask othetrs to be. You are jnot the party and the party is not yours. You have been priviledged to serve it as our Chairman for 20 or so years, but now is the time to give it up.

The way to show that you care about the party now, not the $$ you receive or the perks that come with it, is to retire. If you do, I know that many of us will be grateful and respect you for it. if you do not, more and more of us will grow to resent you and your obvious disregard for what is best for the party.

No one is irreplaceable. There are a numuber of good choices to replace you. Please usher in the time for us to rebuild by moving on out. If you do not, either you will soon destroy the little that is left, or you will be forced to leave.

The choice is yours to be a man, or to be something else. I am asking, on behalf of all the remaining party loyalists, to be honest with yourself and make the decision that everyone else knows is necessary. It is sad to see you hold on like you have. You can leave with your dignity now, or leave without it later.

Thank you.

Here's an idea: Don't ask jm to go, KICK HIM OUT. NC Rep Committeepeople: Tell your executive leader to grow some testicles and get rid of that lazy blowhard. If your executive leader refuses, risk losing all the perks we get as committeepeople (ha) and VOTE FOR A NEW EXECUTIVE LEADER that will get rid of jm.

Venditto is the new power in the GOP.

11-10-2005, 06:11 PM
I would say that Venditto is second only to Kate Murray.

If you travel outside of TOBAY, Venditto is not as well known. Murray has name recognition Island wide.

She had the deck stacked against her and she blew Levinson out of the water, 60-40, WOW

Eagle of sorts

Great points! Simple paln- Old Guard must go, new blood needed. Degrace or D'amato for Chairman, new blood innovators, motivators, selfstarters, and dedicated people to make up the new leadership posts of the party.
Does the republicans ever want to win anything outside Hempstead and Oysterbay in the future?

11-13-2005, 03:25 PM
Just what the Nassau GOP needs in a leader - Kate Murray - a Log Cabin Republican.

Besides, just where is her boyfriend these days?

11-13-2005, 03:26 PM
Pat Zagarino for Nassau GOP Chairman.

Agree Degrace or Damato will both make great chairman. Do it now!

Dear Anonymous Letter Writer:

Fck you. I know that it is only one person that continually posts messages on this board against me. I've asked all my executive leaders if I am loved or hated or something inbetween. Some hesitated to answer this simple question, but after I set them right, all answered the same. Simply, I am loved. How else can I continually be elected Chairman year after year?

Now, please let me know who you are. I would like to calmly discuss why I am so loved. I won't hurt you.

Youl see my disbeleiving friend, the committeemen don't want to see me. Nor do they want a wimpy chairman that will talk to them or otherwise treat them like human beings. My commiteemen like to be treated like dirt.

Please remember, if you do not identify yourself, I WILL SHUT DOWN THE BAR. SHUT UP SHUT UP I'M TALKING HERE SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT DOWN THAT BAR SHUT IT DOWN I AM THE EXECUTIONER SHUT UP.

NOW SHUSH

My friend Joe M doesn't use the phrase SHUT UP, that is too conversational.

Instead, he's fond of the more primative.....SHUSSH

YOU HEAR THAT A LOT OUT OF THOSE FAT LIPS.

SHUSHHH SHUSSSSSSH SUSHHHHHHH SHUSSSSSSHHHHH

NOW HEAR THIS OLD FAT ONE.

YOU SHUSSSHHHHH , YOU SHUSSSH YOUR FAT ASS UP FOR A
CHANGE.

BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH
