As many have read in the papers NCSD correction officers could not get a contract passed through the Dem. controlled Legis. even though the Dem Executive approved it. Just curious as to what local agencies have binding arbitration in their contracts. :?

Get out and VOTE today, guys. Support those candidates that passed the union's screening and have been endorsed. Remember that the legislature can extend the binding arbitration term to 4years from the 2 years approved by the State.
