The terms are up in 2004- and Carpenter is also one of them- However there is talk of extending the term of legislators to 4 years - which will extend the legislators mentioned

Is Leg. Caracappa also limited? He won a special election in Aug. of 95 and then ran for a full term in Nov 95, bringing him to the full 8 yrs/4 terms allowed. Is this correct?

He won, then leadership pushed him out... then they brought him back in... so he may have longer than the rest.

he's behind the cooper resolution to increase the terms, tonna, postal, bishop, the 3 amigos need more time to

A) run for county executive

B) run for state sentor

c) run for babylon town board

all 3 of them are the true force behind jon cooper in the legislature putting through that bill. ask around, you'll see
