Who will be nominated in Crecca's 12th LD

With Andrew Crecca getting the Bi Partison judicial nomination there will be a February or March special election in the 12th. A local newspaper spoke of five potential reps to run. Who will be the best nominee for the Dems?

We are not all insiders here on the Dem blog. Pat Who? I also feel that this district comprised of the Hauppauge, Commack school districts plus Nesconset is a wonderful open seat oppportunity. Remember Bill Holst? He wasn't even all that dynamic. If the dems run a viable active candidate and campaign, this open seat can tilt.

Don't thinl Schaffer gave the Dem line to Crecca for no reason. Obviously a deal was made...may involve the Legislative seat, with Schaffer giving Crecca the nod as long as the GOP doesn't put up competitive race for the 12 LD in Special, which would cause a Dem to pick up the seat and put balance back to 10-8 when Maxine was PO.
