Please have your investigator talk to Tom Williams. Remember he was fired as Commissioner of Civil Service because he tried to get Tommy Tantrum to abide by the law and only put people in title for the jobs they were hired for. One person he wanted fired told him it was useless to make him take a test because it didn't matter what he was hired for he wasn't going to be fired. Instead they fired Williams for trying to do the right thing. TALK TO TOM!
