Wishful thinking isn't going to tie Petrone or Berland to anything with the Chamber that's even vaguely related to the Forbes hiring/firing. Gargano has been playing everyone for as many lines as he could by spreading around some money and taking every photo op Suffolk Life would give him.

He's any empty suit and he's your guy. Your ongoing allegations of some grand conspiracy (Petrone, Berland, Huntington Chamber, Sneden, your Main Street PRIMARY opposition, Capodanno, the Conservatives, etc) is just plain ridiculous.

Gargano is your guy and even he couldn't get it straight with Newsday. He essentially stated "I paid rent" and "I didn't pay rent" in the same sentance... His Uncle Charlie has been Pataki's money man for years and anyone who doesn't think that funding wasn't "arranged" is naive beyond definition.

Park Avenue Republicans are without a plan. Everyone else, according to their playbook is "corrupt". No proof offered of course.

Whether it's their own problems with the "Main Streeters", Capodanno, the Conservatives, the Chamber of Commerce, Sneden, Petrone, Berland, Cuthbertson, disloyal Republicans, developers, town employees.... just the public in general and everyone but themselves.
