Does anybody know why it takes so long to obtain a permit from this department for such a simple task? Is it due to limited thinking processes when developing the town budget. How can one speed up the process?

In the TOH the GOP still rule, shake downs are a part of the GOP life styles, T.S. and the Dem's are as bad if not worst.
