Wick may be in charge of all TOI emergency resources (whatever they are) but since the FDs are separate governmental agencies not under town control, he has no say or control whatsoever.

This morning at 8am, wick is hosting a mandatory chiefs briefing in hos OEM HQ. Warry O Weary's (wicks boss) blonde girlfriend is now working with Wick. Way to go Warry! She's a babe!

Seems Gimbl offered to drive Angie to Fire Island because he is looking for Joe Williams job in January. Gimbl says Williams screwed up County emergency management. Gimbl offered to take it over in January. Gimbl says Nolan is going down.

He could not take over anyone's job! In the past week he has shown everyone how bad he is at his job! Ask anyone who has worked with him this week, he is a big headed jerk! He has pissed off everyone he could, the only place he helped was Fire Island and forgot the rest of the town.

I wonder what Phil Nolan (his boss) thought when he was showing Angie Carpenter and Tom Croci his OEM center? Rick invited all the Fire Island FD's to his office Monday morning including Trish Bergin, Angie Carpenter and Tom Croci. Rick was overheard telling Trish that he would pick her upand drive her around Fire island in his tricked out SUV. Rick is jockying for the County OEM position.

Rick was heard bashing his boss Phil Nolan to Angie Carpenter this past week. Rick told her that he is available to help her campiagn and that the current county emergency manager is a clown.

When is something going to be done with this guy? The way he acted during the "BIG" event we had 2 weeks ago, he should be sent packing. He worked with no one, by passed all the rules, called FEMA and demanded they help him. Meantime he was only on Fire Island and asked them he was not doing a great job there either. This man is sick and should be told to pack his bags. I do not care who wins in the county, this man will not be their pick for anything. By the way he does not have a current "waiver" and can only make $32,500.00, if he makes more the state will be coming after him.
