I've seen numerous with a Suozzi sticker on the left and a Kate Murray sticker on the right in the Hempstead/Uniondale/East Meadow area.

Are taxis licensed/regulated by the County and the Town? Do they risk getting into trouble if the piss off either the County Exec. or the Town Super.?

Or are they non-partisans who just really, really like the status quo?

And I give up....what's the owner's name?

yes taxis are licensed by local townships and now Nassa Taxi Commission.

Guess who got appointed as a taxi commisioner by suozzi?

Guess who gets tickets by the commision?

I wonder doesn anyone in the county do backround checks before being appointed?

You should contact cab owners in Nassau with no political stickers on them and I bet you could get a nice story........unless the proper authoritys get it first
