Improprieties With Councilmanic Petitions being Thrown Out

With the way politics is in Town of Huntington and many of us involved with trying to get good government, we would like the Attorney General of The State of New York to investigate the political dealings of our local town government.

The relationships they have with members of the Conservative Party leadership in town and the recent decision by a New York State Supreme Court Judge to throw out the councilmanic petitions due to a lawsuit brought by the town's conservative leader Dick Thury. There are cases of improper behavior that should be investigated.

These same petitions are used in Brookhaven and they have council districts

these same petitions are used in Huntington and they are thrown out by a Judge on a technicality yet the signers and their matching addresses were correct

something smells in all this especially when the author of the Brookhaven and Huntington Councilmanic petitions is John Leo Huntington Town Attorney

justice is certainly not being done here :oops:
