Sorry, Bush is going to get creamed this year on Long Island. Whether Bush wins the rest of the Country doesnt matter. Here, he will bring down all local Republican Candidates. Which means all 4 Democratic Congress members will be easily re-elected, especially Israel.
Also, keep your eye on Judgeship races! I predict all will go Democrat this year. You can tell now just by how many possible candidates attended the Democrat fundraiser Monday in Woodbury....
You heard it here first.

I don't think Bush will be creamed. He's put money back in our pockets (tax cuts). He's doing as good a job one could imagine taking the battle to the terrorists. He's taken on and removed one of the most despotic regimes in history. By doing this, Libya saw the writing on the wall and gave up it's weapons . Iran is much more cooperative with the UN's Nuclear watchdog program after watching what happened next door. Bush has bulked up our intelligence efforts and our defense. The safety of Americans is the first priority of our government. Nothing else matters if we wind up living like the Israelis. Many people were terribly affected after September 11,2001. They won't forget Bush's actions. He has delivered. The economy is slowly getting back on track but if there is another attack jobs won't matter at all.

Steve's going to coast to an easy victory this election. LI Voter is correct. Bush is going to bring down Republican candidates here on Long Island come November.
*IF* Dave Bishop were in Israel's district and the party didn't wholey back Israel from the get-go this time around, there could be a real interesting primary. But thats not the case.

So far he has remained far from the scandals swirling around close associates . But that could change if things get dicey in Huntington.

He better take a stand on Illegal Immigration. He better start talking with Levy that there really is a growing anger out there. In Israels own district there have been problems due to illegal aliens. He never addresses them.SOON HE WILL HAVE TO.

Yo Dude - the New York State Bar Association has formed a committee to study your legislation to fully allow the accumulated interest on student loans (incidentally dude - it's more like $130 by the time you grad now) from taxes - no income cap, no limits. Why don't you get with it and spur them on. You can flaunt that as a big old win for re-election. And get onboard with Boxer's legislation to permit the re-financing of already consolidated loans - BEFORE Greenspan puts up the heat. You can be the big man on campus if you can pull these two off - Come on DUDE. Get your people MOVING.
