That would have invalidiated her old registration and made her a new registrant in Nassau County. However poorly the BOE Dems (specifically the dopey deputy) handled her registration she is a legimate Democrat. Its too bad the staff at the BOE screwed up to the point to raise questions to a legitimate voter registration of an important candidate.

The mistake is a missing Notary signiture to Jay Jabobs signiture on the Authorization. An employee of Jay's, Grace Miata, stamped the document by failed to sign it on June 23.

Then on July 5th Robert McDonald signed as the secretaray of the conevetion had his signiture notorized by Zaheer on July 5. (the law requires both signitures).

It was Jay and his camp staffer who screwed up not Matt or anyone at HQ. How could he not notice her signiture missing when he signed it.

I guess that what happens when you are doing party work in the hills of the Catskills. If it had been done at HQ with the satff overseeing it this mistake would not have happened.
