It's the Towns that are responsible for cracking down on illegal housing, not the County. There isn't much that Suozzi can do (because the Towns control the zoning laws).

The question really should be "Do Kate Murray and John Venditto have the balls to go after illegal housing??" At least in the TOH, the resounding answer has been no and that's why Levinson is going to beat Murray in November.

Well i have contacted the TOB in regards to the many illegal houses in Hicksville loaded with illegals and have gotten no satisfaction from venditto and his cronies. I guess once the housing problem spreads to syosset or jericho or to venditto's areas then maybe they will do something about it. These illegals should be thrown out of the houses they live in illegally and shipped right out of the state.
