LORI BALDASSARE AS PRESIDENT OF CIVIC TRANSFERRED CIVIC LAND TO A PRIVATE CORPORATION LISTED WITH THE IRS AS A 501C3 IN WHICH SHE IS THE PRESIDENT. SHE INTENDS TO BUILD A 6700 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING ON THE WEDGE CALLING IT A COMMUNITY CENTER. OTHERS ARE CALLING IT DEMOCRATIC HEADQUARTERS. ANYWAY THIS MAILING WAS SENT VIA THE HERITAGE TRUST. IS THIS LEGAL?

The Mt. Sinai Civic will host a meeting on September 8, 2003 at 8 pm at the Pt. Jefferson Ambulance building. I will be providing a detailed update on the Heritage Trust's plans. Also attending will be Town of Brookhaven Parks Commissioner Bob Chartuk. www.MSHeritagetrust.com
