North Patch FD dispatchers

Hagerman phone alarm for structure fire today, North Patch dispatchers are too busy mutual aiding there own dept in then communicating with Hagerman. Do they know that when we give signals they're supposed to answer? Were paying for this crap? No wonder Holtsville left. I heard they're looking to take on a few more depts!!! Should be a total nightmare if that happens. They can't even handle 2.

The best thing they do is when a department requests a 24 for Hagerman or when Holtsville was there, they would just send NPFD and screw the other department out of the 24. It happened many times when Holtsville was there and Im sure still happens to Hagerman.

North Patchogue couldn't dispatch a taxi. ever notice all the laughing, yelling and loud mouth crap going on in the background when they put a call out, it sounds like a comedy show. One guy mumbles so bad he sounds retarded, the night dispatcher thinks he's a singer, and to top it off the big bafoon medic that they put in charge of things doesn't do shit except draw a paycheck hates the board and tells people he can't wait for the district manager to leave so he can take over! WTF

The best thing Holtsville did was leave and go back to Holbrook
