Is he going back to the Suozzi law firm after he loses?

The New York Times today endorsed Bill Cunningham for Suffolk County Executive, saying he is the real reformer who will turn Suffolk around. Cunningham has all the momentum. The only endorsements Levy could get were the ones Uncle Richie rigged for him.

Hey Steve, the Sayville Pennysaver endorsement is still up for grabs. I'll tell you what, you can deliver them after the election to pay back mom's loan.

Already heard the lame excuse for not getting the Newsday endorsement. Waiting with baited breath on the reasoning for not receiving the NY Times endorsement.

I assume you are the same person who was posting as "DemDem" a week or two ago. you poor little thing. You probably had visions of a nice no-show job for yourself when your boy Steve got elected and now they're all slipping away. Don't worry, I'm sure your job at WalMart us safe. For now, anyway.

Cunningham is coming on strong and Levy's slipping every day.

Did you hear who it was from the Times that actually wrote the endorsement on Cunningham? It was none other than Jayson Blair himself!

gopisback, your hateful world is caving in around you. Your two US Senators and the two Suffolk County Representatives are Democrats. The stronger candidate for County Executive, Bill Cunningham, will be taking on your party in November. What is a hatemonger like you to do?

I hear there's a shack in Eastern Montana that's available for rent. Quiet, cozy, with a working typewriter at your disposal. No illegal immigrants to hassle you. You could vent on the "liberal" media and all the other people that are to blame for your predicament. Sounds tempting? Greyhound can get you as far as Helena, MT. You can hitch the rest of the way. All the best.

Does anyone care what a bunch of sel-righteous, sel-serving journalists think? The Times can barely spell Suffolk County. They rarely cover our County except for a small story once every time Mars gets closest to Earth. Suddenly, the Times wants to tell us who to vote for?????? What a joke. Cunningham has absolutely NO record in Suffolk County. He can say anything he wants to about what he would do. But, he has never had to cast a vote, or make a decision, or address anything in Suffolk, not to mention that he has never worked in Suffolk County Democratic politics, never helped a Suffolk Democratic candidate, never carried a petition, dropped literature or done anything else for Suffolk Democrats or Suffolk residents. We may not like everything Levy has done. I sometimes agree with him and sometimes don't. But, at least he has a record to examine and he has been a hard-working "in the trenches" Democrat for a lot longer than William Cunningham The Third. Cunningham is just a Patrick G. Halpin invention. No thank you. Been there, done that.

Cunningham is no mere Pat Halpin invention. Pat was hanging around at Suozzi fundraisers and donating money during the Di Napoli Primary. Herr Suozzi is large and in charge here. Hopefully, you and other rank in file Suffolk Democrats will do the right thing and stop Suozzi and his horde of raging barbarians. This is Cunningham and the big guys (Clinton, Big Media, Big Labor) against the rank in file Democratic activist. My best wishes to the little guy. Remember the 1955 Dodgers, because that is exactly who you are.

Hey "helper." You wrote: "But, he has never had to cast a vote, or make a decision, or address anything in Suffolk, not to mention that he has never worked in Suffolk County Democratic politics, never helped a Suffolk Democratic candidate, never carried a petition, dropped literature or done anything else for Suffolk Democrats or Suffolk residents. Cunningham vs. Levy sounds like Tim Bishop vs. Grucci.

Sometimes new is better than "been there, done little."
