Check out the company he keeps:

* Hillary Clinton - "Honey, Grant the FALN TERRORISTS clemency so I can get the Peurto Rican vote. So what if they blew out NYPD Detective Richie Pastorella's eyes on New Years Eve 1982 at Police Plaza"

* High Tax-Halpin - Arrogant lib who is best known for making meaningful burocracies like the " County Office for Women" and other useless crap like that while digging into the taxpayers pocket. Also know for flying Police Helicopters for personal transportation to Fire Island Fag Queen shows in the summer.

* Boy-Suozzi - Let me sell off county buildings and assets to make my balance sheets look good. Who cares, I will move on to higher office and let it be someone elses problem.

****CUNNINGham*********** What we need is an illegal alien hiring hall where immigration law, workers compensation law,tax laws, and other state labor laws can be broken with impunity. Great idea.

As usual, DEMOCRATS, the slime at the bottom of the barrel.

They should kick the life out of each other then go on to a resounding defeat by Romaine.

You obviously do not know Bill Cunningham personally, that is your loss. Bill and I grew up on the same street in Islip. I get the sense from the way you write that your in dire need of an IQ booster shot. I have no doubt that Bill will do a fine job as County Executive. I also have the feeling that you have some other issues that you must deal with, but that is your problem.

Do the editors at Newsday truly believe that the voters in Suffolk County are ignorant? Do they believe that the voters will pull the lever for a candidate that has no track record? Mr Cunningham seems to be a bright individual who would make an ideal candidate for county legislator or town council. Does Newsday truly believe that Mr Cunningham is the better candidate? I don't think so. One year as an appointed official in another county and his previous experience managing a law firm just does not cut it. Mr cunningham needs to get his feet wet here in suffolk county before he could expect the voters to annoint him the Democratic candidate.
Steve Levy is a bright, tireless candidate that has devoted his entire career to the people of Suffolk County. He is the right man at the right time.

" Who cares, I will move on to higher office and let it be someone elses problem."

Funny, and ironic, coming from the party that virtually destroyed Nassau County's finances through waste, fraud, abuse, racketeering, graft, greed, (the list is pretty damn long), incompetence, mismanagement, patronage,....

Yup. Steve Levy is the right man.

He is too right of center to win the Democratic primary.

Too right of center to give a damn if the Liberals or Greens get a voice in the campaign.

Too right to rule in Suffolk. Even Romaine is probably a little left of Levy.

(go to that web-site that says to "defeatLevy" with a dot com at the end.)
